You don’t have to become someone else to grow. Sometimes growth begins with realizing that you get to tell your story differently.
About me
I believe meaningful growth begins with understanding our stories, where they come from, how they shape the way we see ourselves, and what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to write something new.
For more than 19 years, I’ve supported individuals and families, students, professionals, and social workers in training through life transitions, identity shifts, professional challenges, and moments of uncertainty. Across therapy, coaching, and clinical supervision, storytelling is a throughline in my work. I help people uncover the narratives, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped them, reconnect with their strengths and values, and decide what they want to carry forward, and what they are ready to rewrite.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both reflection and action. I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and identity-conscious lens to my work while creating space for curiosity, honesty, and meaningful change. I recognize the important role that spirituality, faith, and deeper self-awareness can play in how we navigate change. When it is meaningful to the person I’m supporting, I create space to explore spiritual practices, beliefs, and sources of connection that can serve as a grounding foundation, cultivate courage, and provide a life compass for moving forward with greater intention and fulfillment.
Whether supporting someone through healing, navigating a personal or professional transition, or developing their identity as a social worker, I meet people where they are and help them move toward where they want to be.
I believe growth is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more fully yourself, with greater clarity, confidence, intention, and self-trust.
